How to get new teachers ready for the classroom

This webinar, moderated by Sirin Soyoz and featuring Lorena Salud-Cadeya Kamstra, discussed challenges in preparing new English teachers. Kamstra’s research, funded by the British Council, examined a Spanish teacher training program, revealing insufficient practical training and unrealistic expectations as major weaknesses.
