Hala Khan then demonstrated teaching metaphors using AI, focusing on “metaphorical mapping.” Her “Metaphor Matchup” activity uses AI to structure a sheet with target and source concepts, prompting students to creatively identify shared qualities. Both offered practical, engaging strategies to boost student creativity and critical thought.
