At the World Teachers Day Conference, Doaa Zakaria introduced Iman Hassan, who presented practical strategies for teaching climate change. Iman highlighted challenges like scientific terminology, emotional impact, and connecting global issues to local realities. She then demonstrated three adaptable role-play activities: “Interview with Greenhouse Gases” for primary students, “Save Your Environment” for middle schoolers, and “Eco-Friendly Initiative” for high school students. Tips included being inspiring, creative, fostering problem-solving, and integrating sustainability into daily life. The session emphasized tailoring activities to students’ levels and local contexts to make climate change education meaningful.
