During this session we delved into the underpinnings of play in learning – suitable for both younger and older learners, and discussed how developing creativity is a significant aspect in education. We also demonstrated strategies for planning play-based learning experiences, bridging the gap between freedom and structured learning, as well as assessment and inclusion which are key pedagogical concerns.
